Although we have extensive knowledge of all renovation type jobs we really strive to maintain our philosophy of breaking away from the General Contractor way of business. If you're thinking 'revamp' instead of 'renovate'..we are your people. We'd be happy to refer you to some amazing GC's we've worked with if your goals are beyond our niche.

We offer a three tier design package that are customizable to match your needs. From strictly paint colors to full room interior design. We're here to make the process smooth and fun! 

We provide renderings of our projects that you can follow along, edit and make final approvals before building begins. We keep you involved in every stage. It can be helpful to have a visual aid to understand the differences in upgrades and materials you prefer or don't prefer.

We are happy to work along side other contractors and/or trades you may have. It's not uncommon for us to be working around and with other companies during a renovation.
